Dr. Ganesh Natarajan
Deputy Chairman and Global CEO Zensar Technologies Limited Dr. Ganesh Natarajan is Deputy Chairman and Global CEO of Zensar Technologies Limited, a global firm that transforms Technology and Processes for Fortune 500 companies. He has been elected Chairman of NASSCOM, India’s premier IT and BPO Association in April 2008. He also chairs the Outsourcing Forum of the Confederation of Indian Industries in Western India. He is a member of the Board of Governors of NITIE Mumbai.
Ganesh is an alumnus of NITIE, IIT Bombay and the Harvard Business School. He is the author of four McGraw Hill Books on Business Process Reengineering and Knowledge Management and recent publications on the IT industry and inspired leadership.

Mr. Sharad Sharma Chief Executive Officer, Yahoo! India, R&D
Sharad Sharma has over 21 years of experience in the enterprise software and wireless infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining Yahoo!, he was involved in buyout activities focused on taking mid-sized software product companies private. Previously, he was the India General Manager and corporate Vice President of Product Operations at Symantec (formerly VERITAS) and was responsible for the turnaround of the VERITAS operations in India. He was earlier a co-founder and CEO of Teltier Technologies, a New Jersey based wireless infrastructure start-up that became the leader in the Presence and Availability Management space and is now part of Cisco.
Sharad has managed product development teams at Lucent Technologies both in US and in India. He also setup AT&T’s, and later Lucent’s, R&D operations in India in mid-90s. Aravind Sitaraman Vice President & Managing Director Cisco Development Organization Mr. Aravind Sitaraman is a Computer Scientist with over 23 years of work experience. After pioneering work in several startup companies and experience with US high-tech companies such as Novell Inc and Oracle Corporation, he became one of Cisco Systems leading inventors. He has 54 US patents to his name. He was the co-Chairman of the Voice on DSL standard and Chairman of Auto-Configuration Forum in the global DSL Forum. He has presented several research papers in the DSL Forum, ATM Forum, and IETF.
Since his relocation to India in 2000, Aravind has reestablished whatisindia.com in Bangalore. He has published several papers on strategic and social issues in The Hindu, Business Line, Deccan Herald, Rediff, India Abroad, India Currents, etc. He visited Kashmir, Punjab, and other Indian states on fact finding missions and submitted reports to US policy makers. In 1996, he was invited to visit the National Human Rights Commission of India in New Delhi. In 2006, he was invited to join the Asia Center in Bangalore. He is on the Board of Studies of Anna University and PSG College in Coimbatore. Aravind serves on the Board of Trustees of CLT India, an educational trust bringing technology to rural India.

Dr. G Venkatesh Chief Technology and Strategy Officer, Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd Dr G. Venkatesh started his research career at India's premier research institute TIFR, Bombay, then moved to the Computer Science department of IIT Bombay where he spent 8 years teaching and researching topics in the areas of temporal logic, functional/logic programming, and applications of logic and languages to VLSI design, which resulted in about 50 papers in international conferences and journals in these areas.
He made his transition to the industry when Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd was being formed in 1990, and moved full time to Sasken as Technology head in 1995. He has played various managerial roles at Sasken and is currently a board member and their Chief Technology and Strategy Officer. Sasken's primary technology focus is in the area of wireless and broadband communications.
Venkatesh also participates in teaching and research at IIM Bangalore, where his interests revolve around applying game theory to strategic thinking in the technology industry, specifically in IT outsourcing and in the telecom and semiconductor industries.
 Dr. Kamlesh Bajaj Chief Executive Officer, Data Security Council of India Dr. Kamlesh Bajaj is the Head of NASSCOM Security Initiatives. He has over 30 years of experience in various capacities in the IT industry. Prior to joining NASSCOM, he was the Global Head of Information Risk Management Practice, Global Consulting Practice, Tata Consultancy Services. He was the Founder Director of Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-In), Ministry of Communications and IT. Dr. Bajaj was the Deputy Controller of Certifying Authorities, where he was responsible for establishing techno-legal framework for public key infrastructure in the country under the Information Technology Act, 2000. He has also served as a Deputy Director General, National Informatics Centre (NIC). He led several large projects in Finance and Banking, most notable of them being the Customs EDI Project that introduced near paperless working in the custom houses in India.
Dr. Bajaj began his career as a Software Engineer at CAE Electronics in Canada. He is a prolific author and speaker, having written many books and papers and spoken on e-commerce, emerging technologies and cyber security. He has spoken in many international conferences in India and abroad. He has a Ph.D (Physics) from McMaster University, Canada, and an M.Sc. (Physics) from Delhi University. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, India and a Fellow of the National Academy of Sciences, India. 
Sridhar Jayanthi Senior Vice President of Engineering & Managing Director, India McAfee Software (India) Private Ltd. Sridhar Jayanthi has been the Senior Vice President of Product Development and Managing Director, India Operations since 2002. He is responsible for the product development, organizational growth, and operations strategy for the India site. This operation comprises of product research and development, technical support and other business operations. The India operation is the largest R&D site globally and also the largest site overall for McAfee worldwide. Sridhar is a member of McAfee’s global management team (GMT), a strategic team consisting of executives from all functions and geographies, which is responsible for overall company strategy, direction, policy, communication and execution.
Prior to McAfee (then called Network Associates), Sridhar was the Vice President of Software Engineering with InteQ Corporation, Boston, where he took on the challenge of creating a software product group in a consulting company. Prior to that at Emerson Electric (Intellution), Sridhar managed the development and support of a batch manufacturing automation software product developed and deployed jointly with global manufacturing corporations. Sridhar was also involved in the development of Pro/Engineer, a mechanical design software product, at Parametric Technology Corporation before joining Emerson Electric.
Sridhar’s background includes experience in building product development teams in the US and managing offshore operations both from India and the US. Sridhar established the India site in 2002 and now manages over 30 product teams, with eight products fully engineered in India, four with product management and P&L ownership.
Sridhar has a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras and Master’s degrees in Engineering from State University of New York and Northwestern University. Sridhar can speak fluently in English, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. Sridhar loves cricket, badminton and is also a golf dilettante.
